Located just 25 minutes from downtown San Francisco, The Westin San Francisco Airport offers a five-minute complimentary shuttle ride from the airport. And free hotel parking for conference attendees.

We are thrilled to be holding the 2003 SUMMIT at this hotel! Here's some of the reasons why:

• Many attendees at the 2002 SUMMIT said that they were hoping we would be able to host this one near San Francisco. This hotel is only 25 minutes from downtown!

• "Networking", getting to meet other attendees and exchange ideas, is one of main attractions of the annual SUMMIT. This is a smaller hotel and SUMMIT attendees are likely to be 2/3 of the guests at the hotel. Everyone you see will probably be someone with some great ideas to share!

• For out-of-town attendees we wanted great rooms at reasonable prices. Guest rooms are only $109/night single or double!

A limited number of rooms are also being held, on a first-come, first-served basis, for 3 days prior to the SUMMIT and 3 days following.

The comfortably-appointed guest rooms feature the Westin Hotel's legendary "Heavenly Bed" and will be a quiet oasis of comfort for out-of-town attendees. Each guest room features double-paned windows for extra sound insulation, two telephones and a data port. Feature movies are standard, as are in-room coffee makers, private refreshment center and remote-control color televisions.

A good number of rooms are designed to accommodate guests with special needs and more are available at its sister property, the Clarion Hotel, right next door.
 

From San Francisco Airport: Take California Highway 101 South and exit at Millbrae East. The hotel is on the right on Old Bayshore Highway.
From the North: Take 101 South and exit at Millbrae East. The hotel is on the right on Old Bayshore Highway.
From the South: Take 101 North and exit at Millbrae East. The hotel is on the right on Old Bayshore Highway.
From the East: From East Bay take the Bay Bridge to 101 South and exit at Millbrae East. The hotel is on the right on Old Bayshore Highway.

• Oakland Airport (29.3 miles, 31 minutes)
• San Jose Airport (32.6 miles, 30 minutes)

• All guest rooms have high-speed internet access available for $15.99/day (includes unlimited domestic long distance phone calls).

Well, there isn't much in the immediate neighborhood. This is an airport hotel - so you can't just walk out into a bustling nightlife. This was part of our plan. We have terrific receptions and programs planned for both Wednesday and Thursday nights - so plan on being there!!

The hotel food is great and there are some wonderful restaurants within a short cab ride from the Westin. The hotel staff will be happy to help you plan your destination.
