Welcome!
It is our pleasure to
invite you to join us at the upcoming
USBLN Summit 2003!
Companies throughout
the U.S. are striving to bring awareness, inclusion
and innovation into their workplaces for people with disabilities.
Often, we are looking for a balance somewhere between
"the right thing to do" and "the bottom line."
The theme for this
year's conference is Imagine.
We believe that actions to achieve an inclusive workplace
that includes
awareness and innovation for people with disabilities can
only begin with
a vision and the ability to imagine what the future
can hold.
Imagine: A future
workplace, accessible and accommodating,
that optimizes the success of the company.
It is not about
"either - or." It is about "both - and."
The committees of USBLN
Summit 2003 have done an outstanding job developing a conference that is
timely and informative. We have an unique conference agenda that is
packed with two and half days of workshops, panels, and roundtable
discussions conducted by employers, specialists and representatives of disability
and government organizations/agencies
that will leave all of us more informed and inspired.
You are not going to want to miss out this year!
We will be having some
very special exhibits that are structured to maximize vendor
exposure and offer more networking opportunities amongst
exhibitors and
conference participants.
We are delighted to
have support from Intel, Sun, IBM, Amgen, Union Bank, California Governor's Committee
on Employment of People with Disabilities, California Employment
Development Department, and U.S. Department of Labor, Office of
Disability Employment Policy. Their commitment to work jointly with us
reflects their dedication to provide workplaces with solutions and
strategies in making workplaces accessible for people with disabilities.
Please register
today! We look forward to seeing you
this November in San Francisco!
Thank you,
