Registration Fee

Registration Fee includes:
- Attendance for complete program - November 6, 9:00
AM through November 7, 12:00 Noon
- Light reception on November 5
- Continental Breakfasts - November 6 & 7
- Luncheon on November 6
- Reception (Its a meal!) on November 6
Special Needs: If you have any special needs
(communication, dietary, etc.) that we need to be aware of, please indicate
that on the registration form and we will contact you. If at all possible,
please advise us by October 6.
To Register
We have a convenient online Registration Form. You can simply:
- Complete it fully and click on "Submit" to send it to
us, or
- Complete it, print it for your records, and then click
"Submit, or
- Print out the blank form, fill it in and Fax or mail it
to us.

To Submit Payment
You can pay your Registration Fees by either:
- Mailing a check, payable to "Diversity World", to the
address below.
- Requesting us to Invoice you.
- Paying online via Visa, MasterCard or PayPal. If you
choose this option, please
