Denise Bissonnette
has inspired thousands

Her early work experiences as a job developer for people with employment
barriers, combined with her Master's degree in Multicultural Education,
became the foundation for her impassioned career as a writer, trainer
and keynote speaker.

Michael Coleman is
currently VP Global Operations - Business Partners, Small and Medium
Business, IBM
Mr. Coleman has 26 years experience in marketing and sales positions at
IBM, with his most recent appointment in 1998 to his current position.
Currently a member of IBM's Senior Management Group, Mr. Coleman is also
chairman of IBM's Workforce Diversity Group for people with
disabilities.

Richard Pimentel is a
Senior Partner of Milt Wright & Associates, Inc. He is a nationally
renowned expert on disability management, workers' compensation cost
containment, rehabilitation, and job retention in the workplace. His
vast and penetrating knowledge about issues related to disability and
people of difference is communicated with humor and conviction. Richard
was one of the keynote speakers at the 2001 Business Leadership SUMMIT.

Michael Coleman
VP Global Operations - Business Partners, Small and
Medium Business, IBM
Michael Coleman has 26 years experience in marketing and sales positions
at IBM, with his most recent appointment in 1998 to his current
position.
Mr. Coleman's career spans the fields of marketing, sales, and corporate
management. He began his career in 1975 as an IBM Systems Engineer in
San Francisco, CA. He advanced through a series of marketing and sales
positions and, in 1984, was named Large Systems Manager. In 1987, Mr.
Coleman was appointed Branch Manager in Los Angeles, CA. He was later
named Director of Marketing for an eleven state western area based in
San Francisco. IBM recognized Mr. Coleman in 1989 as the top General
Manager in North America Sales and Distribution. He was General Manager
of IBM's California based operations, located in San Francisco.
In 1992, Mr Coleman joined the IBM PC Company, now Personal System
Group, as Vice President, Marketing and Brand Management, and played a
key role in developing the IBM PC Company. He was instrumental in the
move to industry standard based PC systems, as well as rebranding of the
entire PC line of products. In January of 1994, Mr. Coleman was
appointed General Manager, xSeries, and was responsible for the
development, manufacturing and marketing of personal computer servers
worldwide for IBM. In July of 1996, Mr. Coleman joined the Midmarket and
Small Business market. Here he developed a solution-based approach to
IBM offering's in the market. He also implemented a new global
management system. In January of 2000, he added Global Operations for
Business Partners to his organization. Their focus is on revenue growth
through partners and deployment of a new partner management system.
Mr. Coleman is currently a member of IBM's Senior Management Group. He
is also chairman of IBM's Workforce Diversity Group for people with
disabilities.
Prior to joining IBM, Mr. Coleman was in the U.S. Marine Corps and
served in Vietnam. He holds both a Bachelor's of Science and a Master's
of Business Administration from Gonzaga
