DOR staff are available to conduct in-house training seminars with basic information on these concerns.

Job Retention
If you have an employee who acquires a disabling condition, that individual may be eligible for DOR services and job retention support.

Publications
Three publications are currently available from the DOR: “ADA Access guide: Survey Checklist” ($15) “ADA: A Comprehensive Overview” (Free & available in bulk quantities) and “The Supervisor’s Role: Determining Essential Job Functions” (Free & available in bulk quantities).
