Low Cost of Accommodations

When considering applicants with disabilities, some employers express hesitancy over high accommodation costs. Up to 80% of employees with disabilities require no accommodations. Of those that do, according to the national office of the Job Accommodation Network, 19% of job accommodations cost nothing, 50% cost less than $500, and only 17% cost more than $1000.
