The WINDMILLS
Attitudinal Training Program
At our last meeting, we
learned of the many services available to Employers through the California
Department of Rehabilitation (DOR). (For an overview of these services, click
here.)
One of these services is FREE
in-house attitudinal training provided by DOR staff. This
training is based on the internationally-acclaimed WINDMILLS Attitudinal
Training Program.

WINDMILLS program is here.
At this July meeting,
attendees will have an opportunity to experience and review this program -
and determine if it can help meet their own company's training needs.
Members may wish to bring
Training Staff, Hiring Managers, or other coworkers to this meeting. There
will be a limit of 3 attendees/company.
